About Me

Glitter 'N' SpiceHello!  I am Corrinna, a former customer service representative who left the daily grind of working 2 jobs and ridiculous hours to become a stay-at-home, work-at-home single mom of two kids, one home schooled and the other in public school. One of the ways I support my family is through blogging. I appreciate all my readers who support this site and make it possible for me. Thank you! 🙂

My site contains affiliate links, product reviews and sponsored posts. I only write posts about products that I am passionate about and those I feel offer value to my readers. If you choose to make a purchase after clicking through one of my affiliate links, I make a small commission at no extra cost to you which helps to support my family and cover the expenses of running this blog.

I am absolutely obsessed with Etsy and can spend hours looking at all the gorgeous stuff on there. Some people are just so talented and creative! I love curating posts featuring beautiful collections of handmade items and graphic designs found on Etsy from small based businesses and artisans located across the US and Canada. I mainly feature home decor, gift ideas and party printables. Do you have an Etsy shop and feel your content would be a good fit for my site? Feel free to send me an email or a message on Facebook and introduce yourself and your store.

If you are looking for some home inspiration, gift ideas or diy party printables, take a peek at my most popular Etsy posts:

One company I am super passionate to stand behind is Zoku. They have a line of quality frozen dessert products for making homemade ice cream, slushies, milkshakes, popsicles and iced drinks using real ingredients and in most cases, are ready to eat in just 15 minutes. I have a child living with an auto-immune disease and these products have made a huge difference in our lives. We have mostly eliminated all artificial ingredients from his diet including processed foods, preservatives, food dyes and artificial flavorings and replaced them with alkalizing and immune-boosting foods, mainly lots of fruit, veggies, herbs, seeds, oatmeal, coconut oil, natural sweeteners and some dairy, seafood and chicken. He is doing really well on this diet and the Zoku products make it possible for him to still enjoy his favorite treats.

Some of the healthy treats I have made for him using our Zoku products are berry green popsicles, bumbleberry pomegranate popsicles, raspberry limeade slush, mandarin orange slush, huckleberry ice cream and orange ice cream. The rest of my family enjoys some of the more sinful desserts I have made including s’mores frozen yogurt sandwiches, cotton candy popsicles, irish cream frappuccino popsicles, apple pie ice cream and huckleberry vodka slush. You can view all my Zoku recipes here.

One of my hobbies is graphic design. In my spare time, I am busy creating content for a new niche printables site I have in the works that I plan to launch in the fall of 2016. So excited and I can’t wait to share the details with you closer to the launch date.

I also enjoy creating free printables for my readers to download and print for their own projects including edible gift ideas and wall art. My reindeer poop cookie recipe with free printable recipe tags and my Dr. Seuss printable quotes are my most popular downloads.

I am a huge photoshop geek and I love taking photographs of my family, my dogs, nature and food. I lost my DSLR camera in an unfortunate accident a few months ago, so my love of photography and food styling has been put on the back burner until I can save up for a new one. So for now, please bear with my photos taken from my not-so-great camera phone.

When I am not busy working, I enjoy taking walks, curling up with a good book, playing with polymer clay and spending time with my family and dogs. Oh, and I like to drink coffee. Lots and lots of coffee!
