We made some Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles the other night and they were too good not to share them with you! With May being National Strawberry Month, there is no better time than now to make these creamy and delicious popsicles, while fresh strawberries are abundant and at their tastiest peak.  Nothing beats the flavor of locally grown strawberries, picked fresh from the garden or bought from a fruit stand.

You can also use the strawberry puree and cream cheese filling to make a batch of patriotic Canadian Flag Popsicles that are perfect for Canada Day celebrations.
